About Me

Hello, I’m Chloe, a SEN mum to an incredible six-year-old girl with rare chromosome abnormalities and additional needs.

This blog, Beyond the Diagnosis, is a place where I share our family’s journey—the challenges we face, the milestones we celebrate, and the lessons we learn along the way.

Life as a SEN parent can be overwhelming, emotional, and sometimes lonely, but it can also be filled with joy, resilience, laughter, and pride. Through this blog I hope to connect with other families, raise awareness of rare chromosome conditions, and offer support to parents who may be walking a similar path.

Most importantly, this blog is a celebration of my daughter and the amazing person she is becoming.
